Meet Felicia, Founder and Chief Impact Officer
Felicia Shtivelman is the Chief Impact Officer and Founder of Capabee, a global professional services firm with a clear purpose: Transforming people and teams by inspiring growth, building confidence and strengthening emotional intelligence. She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of management and leadership experience in various industries.
Felicia’s expertise has over 12+ years experience consulting at PwC, where she successfully navigated complex business issues, leading clients through major strategic shifts and operational changes. She supplemented her practical experience with extensive coach training and is Board Certified.
This combination of first-hand experience and deep understanding of human dynamics equips her with a unique perspective which has helped countless organizations realize their full potential.
